Department of Prasuti Tantra

Highlights :

The department is imparting extensive updated teaching and training in Prasuti and Stree Roga for which sustained efforts are made from time to time. All efforts are infused in the teaching and training programs in the light of recent knowledge.

Department provides routine and emergency labour facilities round the clock.

Operation Theater:

The department has full equipped routine operation theater. Emergency Theater available round the clock.

Minor therapy room:

Near by the labour room department provides facilities for all types of minor procedures for diagnostic and curative purpose.

Special Ayurvedic Therapy room:

Near by the labour room department provides facilities for all special Ayurvedic therapies like : Basti, Uttarbasti, Pichu and Kshar application in various diseases and Snehan, Swedana and Droni (Avagahana) etc. during post natal care.

Laboratory Facilities:

Department runs ward side pathological laboratory and facility for special investigations available in the laboratories of the S. S. Hospital and the Institute of Medical Sciences.
